See you soon for lots of fun and experiences, create obstacle courses, make fizzing potions, play games, den building, searching for wildlife and cheeky chocolate smores or toasted marshmallows on the campfire and much more...

Ufton Fields Nature Reserve
Forest Schools for children aged 4+
A time for exploring and learning together. Take time to discover the wonders that nature holds. Seek out fairy dens; reflect on what you can hear, see, smell, touch; create picture frames using treasures from the forest floor; learn bush craft skills such as knot tying, seeking and identifying trees and their leaves.

Collaborating, sharing ideas, compromising, discussing and evaluating are all just a tiny part of the forest school philosophy.
NEW to Curious Roots!
Arts and Crafts Days now on offer!
Indoors or outdoors, we will be creating our very own arts and crafts pieces for your child to take home. Be it a stained glass lanterns, learning to sew your own toy or using your own made woodland frames to create your own weaving picture or make a noughts and crosses game.
Dates: Every Wednesday throughout the Summer holidays except the 7th and 28th August 2019.
Price: £40 per day.
(this includes all resources, snacks and drinks, please bring your own lunch)
Learn to Sew lessons offered 1-1 or small groups.
Learn to Sew and create your own lavender love hearts, pencil case, money purse, a simple t-shirt or skirt
My love for sewing goes back a long way to when I was little and my mum and nana used to make clothes for me. They taught me how sew, paint, craft and I love to share and pass on my own sewing skills and help create some beautiful and unique things.
Although I make lots of things for myself and can make to order, I love to share my passion and love for sewing with others and am offering 1-1 or small groups.

Prices: £25 per hour 1-1
£20 up to 3 children
£15 for more than 3 children
Forest Schools, Mini-Wildcraft or Enchanted Forest Faery Trail
Mini-Wildcraft Adventure Party
Face challenges of scavenging precious stones to trade for goods needed to build your secure den, you will need this to hide from the woodland monster! Make magic potions using natures resources, learn about nature and what it was used for. Enjoy toasting marshmallows around the campfire.
Each birthday party can be tailored to your needs.

Enchanted Forest Faery Trail Party
Follow the Faeries Enchanted Trail and solve the challenges at each Faery Stop. This could include, building a faery den, abseil the joke mountain, decorating your own faery wand, make a faery mobile/mandala to hang either in your bedroom or garden, make magic faery potions, create faery faces on the tree bark and so much more. Don't forget the toasting marshmallows on the campfire!
We can bespoke the party to your needs and dreams.
